• You are not satisfied with your order. You can return the unused product in its original packaging with all accessories attached within 7 days of receiving the garment. 


  • You will get your refund within 7 to 10 working days after we have received the return packet deducting the courier charges. 


  • You have received a garment which is not as per your order (other size - other color - other SKU).You can place a request to the customer care number and arrange for a replacement, or You can return the unused product in its original packaging with all accessories attached within 7 days of receiving the garment. You will get your refund or replacement (as the case may be) within 7 to 10 working days after we have received the return packet without any deductions. 


  • You have receive a defective product. you can place a request to the customer care number and arrange for a replacement, or You can return the unused product in its original packaging with all accessories date the customer care number and upload the photo and we would send you a fresh product within 5 to 7 working days.attached within 7 days of receiving the garment. You will get your refund within 7 to 10 working days after we have received the return packet without any deductions 


  • You have received a damaged or opened package. You are requested not to receive the damaged package. Take a photo of the packet and tell the delivery man to return back to sender. Update the customer care number and upload the photo and we would send you a fresh product within 5 to 7 working days.


  • Wrong Address or Contact not available. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your consignment one more time after contacting you. In the unlikely event of a wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempt the consignment will be redirect back to our office and a refund will be generated after deducting to a fro shipping charges.

  

You can opt to send the unused Garment in its original packet (packed in a safe package so as to avoid any damage in transit) through any safe courier of your choice or you can for us to arrange for a pickup from our agent. Please call on customer care number for details.


  The refund amount will be refunded to the same source from which we have received the payment within 5 to 7 working days.
